To identify quality indicators (QIs) of psychometric performance for clinical outcome
assessments (COAs) employed within specific “contexts of use (COU)” and to build a
semi-automated assessment platform that operationalizes these QIs toward the transparent,
systematic and COU-specific grading of COAs used in TBI research and clinical practice.
