More than half of all stroke survivors experience sensory impairments which impact
functional use of the involved limb. Clinicians frequently evaluate these impairments
but utilize unstandardized measures when they do. This study aimed to evaluate the
interrater reliability of an American version of the Nottingham Sensory Assessment
(NSA) with the aim to provide American clinicians a standardized measure of sensory
impairments.
